Cottage and Pond What are the main benefits if I choose to rent my cottage with The Hoseasons Group?

Offering your cottage for hire doesn't mean you won't be able to enjoy it yourself, if you choose to rent through us you can reserve your chosen stay in the property - subject to certain annual limits which your regional manager will discuss with you.
All owners who offer their own cottages for rent can opt for free membership of our unique owner exchange programme. This scheme allows members to swap weeks in cottages for properties to rent at over 4,000 destinations worldwide via our sister company RCI.
In addition our owners are entitled to exclusive discounts on holidays they book through us, so if you fancy a break in a different location or even a boat or holiday park, you can choose your preferred break from any of our programmes
