Once you’ve bought your new property, simply contact us and we’ll immediately send you an Owner Information Pack – our essential guide to the practicalities of letting your property and all the services, advantages and owner benefits that you’ll enjoy access to.  We’ll also arrange a visit from your local Regional Manager, who’ll estimate your likely annual rental income and answer any questions clearly and honestly.  Don’t worry – there’s no fee for this service, and if you do change your mind for any reasons at this stage, there’s no obligation to go ahead and register with us.
